Welcome to Builder Flow, a construction management software operated by SNS System Inc.

By accessing or using Builder Flow (“Builder Flow”, “the Platform”, or “the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Builder Flow is a venture of SNS System Inc.

2. Description of Services

Builder Flow provides cloud-based construction and contractor management software solutions, including but not limited to:

• Estimating and proposal tools
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Work order management
• Project documentation and tracking
• Financial tracking and job profitability
• Mobile technician access

SNS System Inc reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of Builder Flow at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

SNS System Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of Builder Flow require a paid subscription.

• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan
• Payments must be made on time
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Pricing and billing terms may be updated with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Builder Flow for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Software
• Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s performance

Violation may result in immediate termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Builder Flow, including software, branding, design, content, and features, are owned by SNS System Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you upload to Builder Flow.

By using the Platform, you grant SNS System Inc permission to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Builder Flow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

SNS System Inc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Your use of the Software is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription according to your plan’s billing terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
